I specialize in Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Organizational Planning, Project Management, Software Architecture, Software Design and Software Development in the field of Information Technology with over thirteen years of experience. I always try to provide the best ROI and least TCO for an organization. I do not propose technology for the sake of using technology. I propose solutions that I consider to be the best for a given situation. I believe that some situations require simple solutions and using latest and expensive technology makes it unnecessarily complex. With regard to processes, I analyze and propose improvements that are least disruptive with most return and involves all stakeholders. With regard to systems, rather than propose the latest expensive technology as a solution I utilize the existing systems at an organization and make the best use of them with minimal purchase of new systems resulting in the least expensive solution. This is especially valuable for small businesses.

Timely access to information is crucial to any business. Millions of dollars are lost every year since management makes decisions based on delayed or incorrect information. Access to real time information plays a key role in reducing costs, increasing productivity and customer satisfaction. It is challenging for an organization to identify process bottlenecks in the system chain from within. It is a human nature that when we see or do things in a certain way day in and day out, we tend to miss the obvious. This is why it helps to bring in a third party to evaluate the process since this person will look at things from an open mind and not have any preconceived notions. I have seen this on countless occasions where there is a disconnect at one or more levels. Resolving or mitigating or at the very least being aware of these bottlenecks go a long way towards higher profitability.
